Unite, For You
Facebook Community
Our Facebook community provides the opportunity for Over 18's to engage with other members, track our activities and seek support.
Our TikTok shares raw, relatable, and uplifting moments that echo the themes of UniFY - moments of reflection, mental health tips, or everyday life through a hopeful lens.
Our Instagram is a place for visual inspiration, quotes, nature, behind-the-scenes of UniFY and posts about key events.
Discord is our private, moderated community space for peer support, anonymous discussions, and student-led connection — with specially created safe spaces for under-18s, offering age-appropriate space to connect and be heard.
Professional Support
While UniFY is not currently partnered with any professional mental health services or organisations, we recognise that sometimes peer support isn't enough - and that's okay. If you're struggling, we strongly encourage reaching out to qualified professionals who can offer the care and expertise you deserve.

Cost a barrier? At UniFY, we believe no one should go without help due to financial constraints. We're working towards covering the cost of therapy for those in need. If you're struggling to afford BetterHelp, please reach out to us - we'll do what we can to support you.
