ABOUT US
Born from the idea that you should never be or feel alone, UniFY at its heart, is a community.
UniFY - Unite for You is a Community Interest Company dedicated to connecting individuals who struggle with mental health and those who want to support others facing similar challenges.
Our mission is to create a nationwide network where people come together with a shared purpose: improving mental well-being through mutual support.
By engaging in community-driven activities, we provide a platform that empowers people to help themselves by helping others - fostering belonging, compassion, and hope.
Through collaborative initiatives, UniFY aims to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health, offer safe spaces for open dialogue, and assist those who are less fortunate or in need of support. Our activities are designed to strengthen social connections, empower individuals, and promote positive mental health outcomes across the country.
At UniFY, we believe that by uniting through shared experiences and supporting one another, we can build stronger, more resilient communities.
Rooted in evidence and personal experiences, UniFY encourages self-improvement through helping others - because, in helping others, you help yourself.

A BRIGHTER TOMORROW
The official launch of Unify!
Our community is now open to everyone - whether you want to get involved to help others, to work on your own well-being, or are seeking support yourself.
Access is free and always will be.
Through our social media channels and community engagement activities, UniFY will grow and connect more people. We’ll be running outreach projects with schools, colleges, and universities, aiming to address mental health among some of the most vulnerable. Our goal is to provide meaningful activities and support to those who need it most.
We will organise group activities including, but not limited to, community projects, meet-ups, and volunteering opportunities.
These will offer great ways to socialise, improve well-being, and make a positive difference locally.
The challenge of mental health is vast and requires collaboration. UniFY will actively seek partnerships with charities, individuals, and businesses that share our vision, working together to create a stronger, wider-reaching impact.
If UniFY can help save just one person, all of this time and effort has been worth it.
